Coastal renovation, Porthleven

Renovated to the highest standard, Mariners is a former fisherman’s cottage in Porthleven, Cornwall. As Principle Contractor we provided the client with a ‘turn-key’ service of project management, construction, co-ordination of all subcontracted trades and internal decoration and fit out. Once completed this stunning beachside property was ready to move into. Beautifully bespoke cabinetry and carpentry was carried out by our in-house team of carpenters and compliments the stunning Neptune Kitchen as specified by the interior designer. Features of this deep renovation include reconfiguration of internal layout and walls, new windows and openings, repairs to drainage, new mechanical and electrical systems, new screed and hardwood floors throughout, new bathrooms, bespoke cabinetry and wardrobes, internal decoration and installation of furniture and soft furnishings.
