The Warehouse, Breage

Designed by local Cornish architects Marraum ‘The Warehouse’ project saw a ‘new-build’ barn construction replace a redundant flower-packing facility. The ethos of this build was focused on achieving high energy-saving credentials whilst creating a beautiful family home using an exciting range of materials. From the charred-larch cladding to the beautiful Meadows Kitchens the finish of this build is one to be proud of.
