BUNGALOW EXTENSION & RENOVATION, NORTH CORNWALL

This build involved modernising a dated and cramped bungalow, transforming it into a spacious family home. We added a second storey and refigured the internal layout to include a spacious open-plan living area, three new bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor. The finishing touches to the project include patio areas to the front and rear of the property, a large external porch and gravel drive.
