Period properties in Cornwall often need a lot of attention to combat issues that come with age. This cottage in Portreath had a serious damp problem and meant we had to dampproof, repoint and re-insulate the property before the interior could be refurbished. The renovation included taking down walls to create a sense of space, new bathroom, new kitchen, plastering and decorating. Traditional stone masonry techniques were used  to finish off the front porch and rear patio area.
